Led major improvements in the customer-facing Payflex app (400k+ downloads) during a full-time contract. Assisted in migrating the legacy codebase to Clean Architecture for modularity and long-term maintainability. Developed key user-facing features like the Store Directory module with dynamic Google Maps store markers. Improved app stability by over 40%, according to Firebase Crashlytics, through performance optimizations and bug resolution. Collaborated with cross-functional teams including .NET backend developers, QA, and design to ensure reliable feature delivery across Android and iOS.

Maintained and extended Tripleblue's initial production platform built in FlutterFlow. Implemented new features, integrated APIs, and fixed critical issues such as native background audio recording and iOS-specific file persistence. Worked across both web and mobile versions, preparing the product for a full rewrite while keeping the original platform stable and functional.

Rebuilt the Softechware corporate web platform using React, delivering a modern, responsive UX aligned with Figma designs. Integrated key modules like SaaS showcases, custom API integrations, and interactive service pathways.

Rewrote Tripleblue's web application from FlutterFlow into a custom React + Next.js architecture using Supabase. Rebuilt all features from the low-code environment, implemented optimized data flows, and translated complex UI components from Figma into maintainable React code. Resulted in improved performance, better scalability, and complete separation of frontend logic and presentation.

Rebuilt the entire mobile platform in Flutter to replace the previous FlutterFlow version. Delivered full feature parity, including agenda syncing, background audio playback, offline storage, and a cleaner modular codebase. Ensured compatibility across Android and iOS, and collaborated with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect adherence to Figma.

Finalized and launched the Athlenote MVP on both iOS and Android in just 3 days. Fixed habit tracking bugs, completed backend logic, and configured app store deployments. Integrated RevenueCat for in-app subscriptions (with a 7-day free trial), and improved voice recording functionality by simplifying UX and adding length controls. Handled all production prep using FlutterFlow and Firebase, including testing, cleanup, and polish for app submission.
